The Controller processes the Users’ Personal Data by adopting safety measures aimed at impeding unauthorised access, disclosure, modification or destruction of the said Data. Processing is carried out through IT or telematics instruments with organisational procedures and logics strictly related to the abovementioned purposes. In some cases, besides the Controller, groups of delegates involved in the organisation of the site (administrative, commercial, marketing, legal staff and system administrators) or external subjects (like suppliers of third party IT services, couriers, hosting providers, IT companies), also called Data Processors, involved if necessary by the Controller, could have access to the Data. The updated list of Processors can be requested from the Data Controller.
Data is processed at the Controller’s operational headquarters and in every other place in which the parts involved in the processing are based. For further information, please contact the Controller.
Data is processed for the time necessary to carry out the service requested by the User, or required for the aims described in this document, and the User can ask the processing of Data to be interrupted or cancelled at all times.

The User’s Personal Data can be used as Legal defence, by the Controller, in court or in the possible preliminary phases leading to it, from abuses of its use or of the services connected to it by the User.
The User declares to be aware that the Controller could be requested to reveal the Data if the public authorities demand it.
System log and maintenance
For necessities regarding functioning and maintenance, this Application and possible third party services it uses, could collect System logs, in other words, files that record interactions and can also contain Personal Data like the User’s IP address.

Application of the User’s rights
The subjects whose Personal Data refer to, have the right to obtain confirmation on whether or not the Data exists, from the Data Controller, to know its contents and origin, to verify its correctness or ask for an integration, cancellation, update, correction, transformation into an anonymous form or to block the Personal Data processed in violation of the law.
They also have the right to oppose in any case, for legitimate reasons, the processing of such Data. Requests must be addressed to the Data Controller.

Personal Data is whatever information relative to a physical person, identified or identifiable, even indirectly, through the reference to any other information, including a personal identification number.

This is Data collected automatically by this Application (or by third party applications used), among which: IP addresses or the domain names of the computers used by the User that connect to this Application, the URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) addresses in notation, the time of request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in answer, the numeric code indicating the state of the answer from the server (successful, error, etc.), the Country of provenance, the characteristics of the browser and of the operating system used by the visitor, the various temporal connotations of the visit (for example, the time spent on each page) and the details regarding the itinerary followed inside the Application, with particular reference to the sequence of the pages consulted, to the parameters relative to the operating system and the IT environment of the User.
The User is individual that uses the Application, that must coincide with the Interested party or be authorised by him/her and whose Personal Data are subject of the processing.
The Interested party is the physical person whose Personal Data refer to.

What are Cookies?
A “cookie” is a small text file created by the User’s computer when it accesses a specific site with the aim to store and transport information. Cookies are sent from a web server to the User’s browser and stored on his/her computer. They are then sent back to the web site when the User visits the site again.
